Telairity Semiconductor has apponted John Wilhoite as its new chief financial officer. A certified public accountant, Wilhoite leaves his current job as a director of two start-up technology companies.
Wilhoite is familiar with the CFO role, having served in that capacity for several technology companies since leaving a senior management role with Price Waterhouse. He has experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and guided Integrated Defense Technologies Corp. through an initial public offering in 2001 and sale in 2004.
