In NTSC, the IOT delivers 63kW in common amplification, with 23dB minimum gain and a figure of merit of 134 percent.
In 8-VSB, it delivers an average of 30kW with exceptional efficiency of 58 percent.
The RF circuit for the TH 792 CD uses the same basic components as that for the TH 792, making it easy for operators to switch from a standard to an MSDC IOT with only a few minor modifications to the cavity.
