Demco uses Chyron graphics for Middle East Sporting events
Demco, a broadcast equipment producer in the Middle East, has purchased a Chyron LEX graphics system for several major sports tournaments. This includes the World Table Tennis Championships, World Bowling Championships 2006, Asian Basketball Tournament 2006 and the Arab Bowling Tournament 2006, as well as major football and handball competitions.
Pro Media International, Chyron's exclusive dealer in the region, supplied the LEX system, which provides real-time 2-D/3-D animation and was recently used by Demco for a historic football match between Brazil and Kuwait — the first time the two countries have played against each other. The LEX graphics capabilities used by Demco include team line-ups, score display, statistics, replay scores and player profiles.

Riedel intercom used for NBA All-Star Game
An Artist Intercom matrix from Riedel Communications helped maintain good communications among the production crew at last month's NBA All-Star Game at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas. This was the fifth consecutive year that NBA Entertainment asked Wireless First to supply the system.
Leveraging multiple intercom channels, the Artist was used to keep producers in touch with the stage manager, time-out coordinator, lighting, audio, front-of-house and several broadcast trucks.
Connecting four locations — some 1000ft apart — the Artist Intercom matrix supported all of the pregame, halftime and postgame entertainment events. The Artist gear provided a decentralized fiber-based network backbone for intercom and distribution of analog and digital audio and TCP/IP signals.
