Time Warner Cable will offer Disney channels such as ESPN and ABC Family in HD as part of a new retransmission agreement between the companies to carry the ABC O&O stations and many affiliates.
Disney will also allow Time Warner Cable to add shows to its on-demand and digital recording services.
A Time Warner Cable spokeswoman declined to say whether the agreement calls for carriage fees to be paid to Disney's TV stations, or the number of years it covers.
