The FCC has released lists showing TV Channel Utilization per market as of December 31, 2003. The FCC News Release announcing the release of the report includes a link to the report which is not functional. However, links to the report are contained in the FCC Daily Digest for April 20, 2004. The report lists, per market, the number of channels used for analog and digital television, including licenses, construction permits and applications. The report also contains a list of the communities in each of the Nielsen Media Research (DMA) markets, as some stations in a market are not licensed to the major city in the market.
