FCC Commissioner Kevin Martin and NTIA chief Nancy J. Victory have been added to the "Regulatory Face-Off" session at NAB2003 in Las Vegas April 6.
Martin and Victory join previously confirmed commissioners Kathleen Abernathy, Jonathan Adelstein and Michael Copps. ABC News correspondent John Cochran will moderate the panel.
