Microwave Radio Communications said July 30 that its U.S. parent company, Vislink Holdings, has acquired Focus Communications, trading as Western Technical Services (WTS).
Based in Orange County, CA, WTS specializes in the design and installation of video and data microwave communications, ENG, airborne law enforcement (ALE), cellular and PCS, satellite, video surveillance, fiber optics and site control systems.
WTS has been a value-added reseller representing Microwave Radio Communications since its formation in 1990. WTS currently employs about 20 people. The founders and management team will remain onboard following the acquisition.
