Dalet Digital Media Systems is installing the DaletPlus News Suite in the School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Va.
News Suite lets radio and TV journalists browse incoming wire feeds, write stories, build rundowns and edit audio and video packages. The central storage module supports a range of media types, which helps students collaborate and share story materials. Integrated production and scheduling modules include status, approval and notification tools that let student news directors and producers monitor stories from planning to broadcast.
