Weber State University in Ogden, UT, has upgraded Stewart Stadium, home of Wildcats football, with new scoring and video equipment from Daktronics.
Daktronics Sports Marketing (DSM) assisted the Weber State athletic department with the development of marketing platforms, the creation of conceptual marketing ideas and presentations to potential corporate partners. Several area businesses signed up to support Weber State athletics and helped fund the new integrated football system.
Overall dimensions of the new scoreboard are 43ft x 55ft. In the center of the scoreboard, fans can watch images shown on a large 20ft x 25ft Daktronics ProStar LED video display. Scoring and game clock digits, also using LED technology, are located above the video display. Sponsor and identification panels are positioned on the top and sides of the scoreboard.
