‘Wolverine’ Continues to Lead Blu-ray Top 10 Sales

published For the second week, “X-Men Origins: Wolverine” continued to top the List of Blu-ray Top 10 titles in sales, followed by another brisk seller in recent weeks, “Gladiator.”
Two franchises belonging to “Star Trek” — the second season of the original series decades ago, as well as the more recent “Next Generation” shows — both ranked near the middle of the pack, while “The Dark Knight” remains on the most recently compiled chart (having dropped off a few times, only to reappear later) after its initial release to Blu-ray and standard DVD last winter.
The Top 10 Blu-ray titles for the week ending Sept. 26, according to Rentrak:
- “X-Men Origins: Wolverine” (20th Century Fox)
- “Gladiator” (Paramount)
- “Observe & Report” (Warner Bros.)
- “Ghosts of Girlfriends Past” (Warner Bro.)
- “Star Trek: Next Generation Collection” (Paramount)
- “The Dark Knight” (Warner Bros.)
- “Star Trek: Original Series: Season 2” (Paramount)
- “Braveheart” (Paramount)
- “Crank 2: High Voltage” (Lionsgate)
- “Terminator: Sarah Connor Chronicles: Season 2” (Warner Bros.)
