The auto-sensing monitoring solution for up to 32 inputs is particularly suited to TV stations and broadcasters looking for a flexible master control solution. It also can be used in production, outside broadcast, transmission and confidence monitoring.
The Predator II delivers alarm-based fault detection and aspect ratio management for 4:3 and 16:9 broadcasts. Auto-sensing of HD-SDI, SDI and composite video PAL or NSTC inputs via BNC eliminates the need for converters and may ease the migration to HD. An advanced graphics engine enables scalable text, additional fonts, 3-D graphics, logos, bitmaps and faster refresh rates. Dual redundant power supplies allow 24/7 operation.
