Asianet to use ENPS newsroom system

published Asianet in Kerala, India, has signed on to begin using the Associated Press’ ENPS newsroom system, the company announced.
Asianet has three channels, including a 24-hour news channel, which is where the system will first be installed. ENPS will run alongside Leitch servers and Vizrt and Vertigo graphics systems.
Asianet will be the sixth broadcaster in India using ENPS. The others include India’s national broadcaster Doordarshan, Sahara TV, Amrita TV, Channel 7 JTV and Malayala Manorama.
