DPA honored as leading Danish exporter
DPA Microphones (Danish Pro Audio) received the King Frederik IX Award at a ceremony at Fredensborg Castle June 11 in recognition of the manufacturer’s contribution to Danish export. The award was presented by His Royal Highness the Prince Consort, and was accepted by DPA CEO Lars Friis Ostergaard and business development director Morten Stove
It was emphasized that DPA received this award in recognition of the company’s continuation of a long Danish tradition — that of combining state-of-the-art technology with unique design. The King Frederik IX Award was established in 1970 and is given each year to those who have made outstanding contributions to the advancement and development of Denmark's export business. DPA Microphones is one of five companies to receive the prestigious award this year.
