ON-AIR Systems has sold its first K Series family of software solutions in Singapore, having secured an order from the new Christian channel, Angel TV. The automation software will be installed in time for Angel TV’s on-air launch Dec. 25.
ON-AIR Systems will provide Angel TV with solutions for automated program capture, scheduling, media browsing, integrated graphics overlays, play-list management and playout.
The channel will capture the majority of its program from tape using the ON-AIR Kapture module that will enable operators to control and monitor multiple tape machines. Programs will be centrally stored as files. Angel TV’s schedulers will be able to browse this media using ON-AIR playKast’s scheduling software module to build up the daily schedules.
