Stratos International has named Bexel Broadcast Services Fiber Optic Solutions group as a national value-added distributor for the company’s digital video communications products.
The deal provides Stratos with an additional sales channel for its compact video media converters (VMCs) and accessories. VMCs are fiber-to-coax modules that effectively eliminate the distance limitations and signal degradation of coaxial links.
They are well-suited for television studios, video production houses, video switches, stadiums, amphitheaters, on-locations shoot, video production houses and other locations where digital video signals must be sent over considerable distances.
