Supreme Court to hear MGM vs. Grokster

published The U.S. Supreme Court has granted certiorari in the MGM vs. Grokster case.
The court will hear oral arguments in March 2005. StreamCast Networks, makers of the Morpheus peer-to-peer (P2P) software application is also included as a defendant in the case. Both software applications have been at the heart of the online music download controversy.
