Multi-year deal covers five markets and 3 million households

Covers the seven CBS affiliated TV stations owned by Meredith

Multi-year agreement covers nine CBS affiliates for Nexstar stations

Covers stations in 15 markets and nearly six million households.

Agreements extended for all Fox stations in 21 markets.

Part of agreement includes eight Fox affiliates Nexstar is acquiring from Tribune.

The deal covers TEGNA stations serving 11 markets, including Houston and Washington, D.C.
