In response, Tegna said the "complaint is utterly baseless and without merit" and that it "welcomes a chance for the FCC to review Dish's conduct over the course of this negotiation."

The American Television Alliance said “this blackout is another example of broadcast conglomerates prioritizing profit over people.”
